will execute and deliver to Commercial Bank at Fort Pierce,
Fort Pierce, Florida, Escrow Agent, a warranty deed to the
property described in this Contract of Sale (except that the
personal property may be transferred by absolute bill of sale,
assignment of Motor Vehicle Title, etc.) with escrow instructions
consistent with and carrying out this Contract of Sale. The
grantee in sqid absolute bill of sale shall be designated and
named by the second party, which information shall be delivered
to the attorney for the first parties not later than thel7~

party may assign this Contract of Sale to any person, firm or
corporation at its option, which assignment shall be effective
ten (10) days after written notice thereof to the first parties.
1). It is agreed that time is an essential part of
this Contract and the terms herein shall inure to the benefit of
and be an obligation upon the parties hereto, their survivors,
successors, administrators, executors and assigns.
14. It is understood between the parties hereto that
any real estate broker's commission shall be paid by the first
