AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned officer duly authorized
to administer oaths in the above county and state, personally
appeared THAD CARLTON, who after first being duly cautioned
and sworn states: That on or about September ,6, 1951, Edgar
R, Brown and Josephine Brown executed an Assignment of Lease
to the Prudential Insurance Company Of America,
Said Assign-
ment being filed in Deed Book 167, at page 265, of the public
records of Saint Lucie County, Florida; Tl.at said Assignment
Of Lease, through typographical error, included the E 1/2
of said Section 27, but should have read the E 1/4 of said
Section 27; That he, at that time, represented Edgar R. Brown
and Josephine Brown; That he had personal knowledge that
Edgar R, Brown and his wife, Josephine Brown, claimed no
interest in and to the following described lands:
The W 3/4 of Section 27, Township 34 South,
Range 38 East lying and being in Saint Lucie
County, Florida.
