PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

\oJHEREAS, PHILI P STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA, end
FRANK STRAZZULLA, as co-partners t:lading and doing business
as STRAZZULLA BROTHERS COMPANY, joined by their wives, ANN
STRAZZULLA, SARAH J, STRl\ZZULLA, and LOUISE STRAZZULLA, by
Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 9th day of August,
1961, and recorded in the office of ' the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida,
in Official Record Book 17, page 84, granted and conveyed

unto W. R, GRACE ANDX~, a corporation operating as
DAVISON CHEMICAL COMPANY and assigns, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
Forty Thousand Six Hundred ninety-siY Dollars eighty-eight
cents ($40,696.88), with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the sa id PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOi-lINIC STRAZZULLA,
and FRANK STRAZZULLA, as co-partners trading and doing business
as STRAZZULLA BROTHERS COMPA~~, joined by their wives ANN
STRAZZULLA, SARAH J, STRAZZULLA and LOUISE STRAZZULLA, re-

quested the said W. R. GRACE ~~, a corporation op-
erating as DAVISON CHEMICAL COMPANY, ~o release the premlses
hereinafter describp.d, being part of said mortgaged premises,
from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
