doing business as STRAZZULLA BROTHERS COHPANY, joined by their
wives, ANN STRAZZULLA, SARAH J. STRAZZULLA and LOUISE STRAZZULLA
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof 1S here-
by acknowledged, do remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and
discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the
sa id PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STkAZZULLA and FRANK STRAZZUL[J~,
as co-partners trading and doing business as STRAZZULLA BRO-
THERS COHPANY, joined by their wives, ANN STRAZZULLA, SARAH J,
STRAZZULLA and LOUISE STRAZZULLA, their heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises
conveyed by the said mortgage, to-wit:
The South 1320 feet of the West 3/4 of Section 27,
and the South 1320 feet of Section 28, all in Town-
ship 34 South, Range 38 East, Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances
unto the said PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA and FRAi'-.TJ<
STRAZZULLA, as co-partners trading and doing business as
STRl\ZZULLA BROTHERS COI'1PANY, joined by their respective wives,
ANN STRAZZULLA, SARAH J, STRAZZULLA and LOUISE STRAZZULLA
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and
from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Pro-

vided always, nevertheless, that nothing txhar~i.n contained
shall in an~vise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien
or incumbrance of the aforesaid r-iortgage on '.:.he remaining part
of said mortgaged premlses, not hereby released therefrom, or
