PARTIAL RELEASE OF t-10RTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHER&\S, PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA, and
FRANK STRAZZULLA, as co-partners trading and doing business
as STPAZZULLA BROTHERS COMPA~~, joined~by their wives, ANN
STRAZZULLA, SARAH J. STRAZ7.ULLA, and LOUISE STRAZZULLA, by
Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 31st day of May, 1961,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida, ln Of-
ficial Record 300k 11, page 520, granted and conveyed unto
REED-HAUGH'I'ON MOTORS, INC" a Florida corporation, and asslgns,
the premises therein particularly described, to secure the
payment of the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen Dol-
lars fifty-five cents ($6,517,55), with interest as therein
mentioned:
AND WHERE1\S, the sa id PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC
STRAZZULLA, and FRANK STRAZZULLA, as co-partners trading and
doing business as STRAZZULLA BROT-tiERS COMPANY, joined hy their
wives ANN STRAZZULLA, SARAH J, STRAZZULLA and LOUISE STRAZZULLA,
requested the said REED-IffiUGHTON MOTORS, INC" a Florida cor-
poration, to release the premises hereinafter described, be-
lng part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation
of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE, KNO\'l YE, That the said REED-HAUGHTON
MOTORS, INC" a Florida corporation, as well 1n consideration
of the premises as of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10,00) and other
good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the said
PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA, and FRANK STRAZZULLA, as
