No part of the aforesaid, nor any increase therefrom, shall be sold or otherwise
disposed of, nor removed from Osceola County, Florida, without the written consent
of the Uortgagee hereof being fir$t had and obtained.
The Mortgagee hereof shall have the right at any time, on demand, to inspect,
check and count, any of the aforesaid cattle, an1 the Uortgagor hereof will at
any time, on Oemand, assemble and pen said cattle at hi~ expense 50 that such
inspection and check of said cattle can be made.

This lOOrtgage shall, also, secure any extension or renewal of the hereinafter
described note, for the same or a smaller amount, all with the same force and
effect as if such extenaion or renewal note was fully incorporated herein at
the time of the execution hereof.
