Before me, the undersigned officer, personally appeared
Raymond E. Ford, a practicing attorney in Fort Pierce, Florida,
to me well known, who, after being by me first duly sworn, deposes
and says that affiant is well acquainted with R. P. Lein, one of
the grantees named in that certain warranty deed from C.C. Reaves
et ux. dated October 14, 1952, and recorded in Deed Book 178,
page 23, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
with Raymond P. Lein, one of the grantors named in that certain
warranty deed to Alex C. Conolly et ux. dated January 12, 1953,
and recorded in Deed Book 178, page 287, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and affiant positively knows that the said
R. P. Lein and the said Raymond P. Lein is one and the same per-
son, notwithstanding the discrepancy in the names.
