Witnesscth, that the said party of the first part, jor and in consideration of

ed, sold and transferred, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and transfer
unto the said party of the second part all that certain parcel of larid lying and being
in the County of St. Lucie , and State of Florida" more parfi,cularly
described as follows:
Lots 31 and 32, of FAIRVIEW PARK SUBDIVISION,
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, at page 29, on March 30, 1922, in the
public records ot st. Lucie County, Florida;
AND ALSO:
Lot 1, of Block C, of RICHARD'S SUBDIVISION,
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, at page 60, on June 19, 1924, in th e
public records oi st. Lucie County, Florida.
The party of the second part, by her acceptance of delivery
of this Warranty Deed, a~rees to assume and pay all monies
due under a certain promissory note for the sum of $17,200.00,
secured by a certain mortgage deed to said real property, datec
August 26, 1960, given by Alex C. Conolly and Lorraine D.
Conolly, his wife, to the First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Inlian Kiver County, Vero BeaCh, Florida, as
recorded in Mortgage Book 167, at page 681, of the public
records of St. Luc i e County, F lor id3..
