February 16, 1963, is included in this conveyance.
The above described property is conveyed subject to the taxes to be
assessed and levied thereon for 1963 and subsequent years, and also
subject to a purchase money mortgage executed and delivered by the
grantee concurrently herewith, encumpering said land and securing
the sum of $19,525.00.
