For value recelved, smil J. Courte snd Anna Lee Courte, the
makers, hereby jointly and severally promise to pay to AdolVh
Rademacher and ~ary Rademacher, the paye.., or order, the principal
sum of Nineteen thou.and rive ~ndred Twenty-flve and no/100 Dollar.,
with inter.st from Apr1l 16, 1963, at the rete of aix (6) per centum
per year on the unpaid balance until pa1d, at St. Lucie County Bank,
Port p1erce, Plorida, or 8uch other place .s the holder may desig-
nate in writlnq, in five (5) annual installmenta of Thirty-nine
Hundred rive and no/100 Dollars (f3,905.00) of the principal, plus
intereat then aue, on the first day of March of each Y3ar beginning
March 1, 1964, and continuin9 until the principal ~nd interest are
fully PllidJ vrovidsd, hower/or, that in Ute event of the destruction
or material dama~e by hurricane, hail, freeze, or other act of God,
of fifty ver centum (5~) or more of the present or any future
citrus crop, matured or unmatured, upon the treea growing on the

nota and of even date herew1th, to be determined by three (3)
reputable citrus growers (one selected by the Mortgagor, one selec-
ted by the Mortgagee, and the third selected by the tvo vrevious
des1gneos), the then next ensu1ng 1nstallment of principal due
hereunder shall be reduced by one-half, and the maturity of the
remaining one-half ot that 1nstDl]~nt shall be deferred, to become
due and payable on or before one year following the then last
installMent due bnd payable hereunder, All de11nquent installments
of principal or accrued interest shall ~ar intereat at the highest
legal rate from date of maturity until pa1d. The makers may prepay
anyone or more of the prinCipal installments each Y2ar on th~
anniversary princ1pal payment date without p~ym.nt of premium
therefor and I!uch prepayment ahall be 8ppl~.ed and credited to the
last maturing pr1ncipal installment o~ installments.
If any payment io not made w1thin thirty day. after it is due,
the entire unpaid principal and all interest then accrued thereon
shall become due and payable without notice or demand therefor at
the option of the holder, and failure to exercise that option shall
not waive the r1qht to exercise it in event of B subsequent default.
In event of d6f.ault in payment, the makers will pay till cost of
collection including a reasonable attorney'. fee. Protest 1. waived.
