POR VALUE RECEIVED, we, jointly and severally, as principal,
promise to pay to the order of FORT PIERCE FLORIDA GARDEN ESTATES,
INC., the sum of SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED 'I'WENTY-FIVE and
no/100's Dollars, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum,
in semi-annual installments, to-wit:
$6,360.42, together with interest, on the 8th day of October,
1963, and $6,360.42, together with interest, on 8th day of April,
1964, and $6,360.42, together with interest on the remaining sum
from time to time due, on the 8th day of October and April of each
year until the full amount, together with interest, has been paid.
If default is mad. in the payment of any in~~t:allrnent "men due,
then, at the option of the payee, all the remaining installments ahall
become due and payable at once. Privilege is given to pay two or more
installments at any time.
Should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney,
aither of us, whether maker, surety or endorser on this note, hel'eby
agrec6 to pay all costs of collection, inchldinq a X'eaBonable' attcrney' B
fee.
The makers, Bureties and endorsers hereof severally waive present-
loont, protest and notice of protest for non-payment of this note and
agree that the time of ita maturity may be:~xtendad before or. after
maturity and do fur~r severally agree to any renewal thereof before
or after maturity, without notice to them.
