(The consideration of $1,000.00 above referenced is as follows. The
First Party was and is indebted,Jo the Second Party in the sum of
$1,233.72, of which indebtedness-Me $1,000.00 representing the pur-
chase price for the Second Party of the foregoing Chattels is ~pplied
as a credit on said indebtedness, therefor reducing the same to $233.7f.
The First P&rty Seller is pereby giving a Promissory Note of this date
for said balance remaining JV6 and payable unto the Second Party Pur- \
chaser, which note is a demand payable note. The foregoing Chattels .
are the same as was previously sold by the Second Party to the First
Party on or about February 6, 1960, and under this Bill of Sale are
hereby re-sold by the First Party unto the Second Party.)
