Said Chattels are not to be removed or taken wit~lout the limits
of St. Lhcie County, P10rida. The Lpssor shall have the right to
inspect and inventory said Chattels at all reasonaBle times and
places. An option is hereby given to the Lessee to purcha~ said
Chattels from the Lessor at a purchase price of $1,000.00, togeth~r
with paying off and satisfying that Promissory Note owed by the Lessee
unto the Lessor in the principal sum of $233.72, all of which, if
.
exercised, shall be done and completed during the term of this rental
agreement. If the Lessee should exercise this right to purchase,
then the Lessor shall apply as credit on said purchase price the sum
of $10.00 for each monthly rental amount of $20.00 paid by the Lessee
under this Agreement. If the Lessee should be in default for any
three (3) monthly rental payments, whether consecutive or not,

the Lessor may decree this agreement breached and re-take possession
of said Chattels, with the Lessee to be responsible for all damages
arising as a result of the breach of his agreement, together with
paying and being responsible for all Court costs and attorney's fees
incurred by the Lessor.The Lessee shall be responsible for any and
all personal injuries and property damages arising as a result of the
use of any of said Chattels by him or others during the term of this
agreement.
