canals.
Together with all citrus fruit on the trees situate upon
the herein described real property..
This is a corrective deed given to correct errors in the
Ie gal desc ription contained in those three warranty deeds
from the above named grantors to the grantees herein
and recorded in O. R. Book 58, page 486; O. R. Book 58,
page 489 and O. R. Book 58, page 483, respectively,
TOGETHEH., with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE lu"JD TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever',
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantees that the
Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantors
have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; that
said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes al'crllir~g subsequent
to December 31, 1963.
