VEHICLE MAY BE HAINTAINED, STORED OR KEPT ON ANY PARC~L OF PROPERTY ceVERED
BY THESE COVENANTS UNLESS HOUSED COMPLETELY WITHIN A STRUCTURE WHICH HAS
BEEN APPROVED BY THE COMHITTEE DESCRIBED IN PAP.AGRAPH 10 OF THESE RESTRIC-
TIONS.
5. ALL EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE COMMITTEE, AS DESCRIBED
IN PARAGRAPH 10 OF THESE RESTRICTIONS.
6. No SIGN OF ANY KIND SHALL BE DISPLAYED TO THE PUBLIC VIEW ON ANY SINGLE
FAMILY OR DUPLEX RESIDENCE LOT, EXCEPT ONE SIGN or ~OT MORE THAN TWO (2)
SQUARE FEET ADVERTISING THE PROPERTY FOR SALE OR RENT, OR SIGNS USED PY
A BUILDER TO ADVERTISE THE PROPERTY DURING THE CONSTRUCTION AND SALES
PERIOD, ALL OF WHICH SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE COMMITTEE.
7. No OIL DRILLING, OIL DEVELOPMENT OPERATION, Oil REFINING, QUARRYING OR
MINING OPERATION OF ANY KIND SHAll BE PERMITTEO UPON OR IN ANY lOT, NOR
SHALL OIL WELLS, TANKS, TUNNELS, MINERAL EXCAVATION OR SHAFTS BE PERMITTED
UPON OR IN ANY lOT. No DERRICK OR OTHER STRUCTURE DESIGNED FOR USE IN
BORING FOR Oil OR NATURAL GAS SHAll BE ERECTED, MAINTAINED OR PERMITTED
UPON ANY lOT.
8. No ANIMALS, ~!V~STOCK OR POULTRY OF ANY KINO SHALL BE RA!SED, BRED OR
KEPT ON ANY LOT, EXCEPT THAT DOGS, CATS OR OTHER DOMESTIC HOUSEHOLD PETS
MAY BE KEPT, PROVIDED THAT THEY ARE NOT KEPT, BRED OR MAINTAINED FOR ANY
COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.
9. No LOT SHALL BE USED OR MAINTAINED AS A DUMPING GROUND FOR RUBBISH. TRASH,
GARBAGE OR OTHER WASTE SHALL NOT BE KePT, EXCEPT IN SANITARY UNDERGROUND
CONTAINERS, OR COMPLETELY HOUSED OUT OF PUBL1C VIEW.
INCINERATORS OR
OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH MATERIALS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.

AND SPECIFICATIONS AND A PLAN SHOWING THE LOCAT!ON OF THE STRUCTGRE,
QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS, HARMONY OF EXTERNAL DESIGN WITH
EXISTING STRUCTURES, AND LOCATION WITH RESPECT TO TOPOGRAPHY AND FINISH
ELEVATION HAVE BEEN APPROVED, IN WRITING, BY A COMMITTEE APPOINTED BY
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, A DELAWARE CORPORATION, OR ELECTED 8Y A
MAJORITY OF THE OWNERS OF RECORD OF THE PROPERTY FIRST HEREINAnOVE DESCRIBED;
