THESE COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS ARE TO RUN WITH THE LAND AND SHALL BE BINDING UPON ALL PARTIES AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING UNDER THEM UNTIL TWENTY (20) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF RECORDING HAS ELAPSE~, AT WHICH TIME SAID COVE- NANTS AND RESTRICTIONS SHAll AUTDHATICAlLY BE EXTENDED FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS OF TEN (10) YEARS, UNLESS AND UNTIL, BY VOTE OF A MAJORITY OF THE THEN OWNERS OF RECORD OF THE LOTS AND TRACTS IN THE FIRST HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, IT IS AGREED TO CHANGE SAID COVENANTS IN WHOLE OR IN PART. 14. ANYTHING IN THIS DECLARATION TO THE CONTRARY ~OTWITHSTANDING, THESE RESTRIC- TIONS, RESERVATIONS AND COIENANTS HAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME BY RE- CORDING AMONG THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCI~ COUNTY, FLORIDA, AN INSTRUMENT SIGNED BY A MAJORITY OF THE THEN OWNERS OF RECORD' OF THE LOTS AND TRACTS IN THE FIRST HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, ~ROVIDED, HOWEVER, NO SUCH AMEND- MENT MAY BE MADE PRIOR TONENTY (20) YEARS FROM THE RECORDING DATE OF THESE COVENANTS WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS. 15. IN THE EVENT OF A VIOLATION OR BREACH OF ANY OF THESE RESTRICTIONS BY ANY PERSON OR CONCERN CLAIMING, B~ THROUGH, OR UNDER GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA- TION, OR BY VIRTUE OF ANY JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, AND THE THEN LOT OWNERS OF RECORD, OR ANY OF THEM JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROCEED AT LAW OR IN EQUITY TO COMPEL A COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS HEREOF OR TO PREVENT THE VIOLATION OR BREACH OF ANY OF THEM. IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS AND FOR THE CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT WHENEVER THERE SHALL HAVE BEEN BUILT ON ANY LOT, ANY STRUCTURE WHICH IS IN VIOLATION OF THESE COVENANTS, TO ENTER UPON THE PROPERTY WHERE SUCH VIOLATION EXISTS "ND SUMMARILY ABATE OR REMOVE THE SAME AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER; AND ABATEMENT OR REMOVAL SHALL NOT BE DEEMEO A TRESPASS. INVALIDATION OF ANY PORTION OF THESE COVENANTS BY JUDGMENT, DECREE OR COURT ORDER SHALL IN NOWISE AFFECT ANY OF THE OTHER PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, WHICH SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. - 5-
