That the FLORIDA BANK AT FCRT PIERcr:, Fort Pierce, FlOrida, a
Florida corporation, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, in consid-
eration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations to it paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer
and convey unto the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA a certain Judgement recovered
by said banle in the Small Claims Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, aga:.nst
CRID A. SINGLEY and NELLIE SINGLEY, his wife, on the 11th day of April, 1963,
for $126.55 and $11.50 costs, said Judgement being recorded in Official
Records Book b~ page .:J~g , of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and said bank does hereby authorize and empowor the said UNITKD
STATES OF AMERICA, the assignee hereunder, to sue on, collect and recover
the full amount of said judgement, and take such action on proceedings
thereon as it may see fit or expedient; hereby giving and granting unto
the said assignee all rights, title or interest which said FWH.IDA BA~K
AT FLHT PIERCE has in and to said judgement; and the ClerK of any court
of record in St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby reriuested and authorized
to record this instrument to the end that said judgement may be proDorly
