as Administrator of Veterans {ffairs, an Officer of the United
States of America, successor to SUMNER G. WHJ'ITIEh whose address
is Veterans Administration, Washington 25, D. C., holder and owner
of that certain mortgage deed executed by CHARLES C. SHANK and
SUSAN C. SHANK, his wife
to
Srr,']-.,TErl G. WHITTIER, as Ad1ninistra t.or of Veterans I Affairs
bearing date the 1st aay of August , A. D. 1960,
recorded in Hortga&.e Book 167 , Pages ~ to 150 ,
inclusive, in the office 01 the Clerk of the Circuit Court of'
Sto Lucie County, Florida, has received full
payment of said note and indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge
full satisfaction and cancellation of said note and mortgage, and
hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel of record
said mortgage deed.

Affairs has caused these presents to be executed in his nam2

by his Attorney in Fact, hereunto duly authorized under Power of
Attorney and Delegation of Authority dated February la, 1961 ,

the public records of Sto Lucie County, Florida,

behalf of the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, and he acknovll-
edged to me that he executed the same as Loan Guarclnty
Officer in behalf of said Administrator, and that said instrument
1s the free act and deed of said Administrator, and of such
officer in his behalf, for the uses and purposes therein expressed.
