For value received, Frank Br~er and Mabel R. Brewer, the makers,
hernby jointly and sevorally promise to pay to Charles J. Turpan and
Chr1l:itlrw M. 'l'ur~an, his wife, the payees, or order, at It. Lucie County
BunK, Furt Pierce, Florida, or such other place a. tne holder may d..i9-
nate in writiny, the principal .um of Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventy-five and nollOO Dollars, with intere&t from the date hereof on
deferred balance8 until paid fit the rate of six (b) per centum per annum,
in five (5) successive, equal, annual installments of '3,195.00 each,
plus interest then due, be~inning Ppri1 15, 1964, and continuing until

All delinquent installments of principal or accrued intere.t shall bear
interest at the hi9hest leyal rate from date of maturity until paid.
After January 1, 1964, this note shall be prepayable in whole or in
part at any time ~lthout 'penalty, and any such prepayments shall be
applied on the next ensuing installment of principal.
If any payment is not made within thirty day. after it 1s due, the
entire unpaid pr1ncipul and ~ll interest then bccrued thereon shall be-
come due and payable ",ithout notice or demand therefor a:' the option of
the holder, and fnilure to exeA:cise that option shall not wl!ive the
right to exercisQ it in event of 8 subaequent default. In evftnt of
default in payment, the makers will pay all cost of collection including
a reasonable attorney's fee. Protest in waived.
