8. The Mortgagor further covenants and agrees that he will at
all times while said mortgage indebtedness remains unpaid properly
fertilize, cultivate, care for and maintain in a productive condition
all the grove now on the above described land, or hereafter planted
thereon, in a husbandry manner as such groves are usually kept in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee
at all reasonable times during the continuance of this security to
enter upon the said premises for the purpose of inspecting the condi-
tion of said grove.
