For value received, Frank Brewer and Kabel R. Brewer, the makers,
hereby jointly and severally promiae to pay to ~~olph B. Rademacher and
Mary E Rademacher, his wife, the payeea, or order, at St. Lucie County
Bonk, Fort Pierce, Florida, or such other place the holder may desig-
nate in writing, the principal Bum of Twenty Thouaand Eight Hundred
Fifty and nollOO Dollars, with interest from the date hereof on deferred
balances until paid at the rate of six (6) per centum per annum1 and to
pay the principal sum in installments, plus intereat then due, as fol-

October 15, 1963, and the then remaining balance of $17,850.00 principal
in seven (7) successive, e.qual annual inatallmenta ot $2,550.00 each,
plus interest then due, beginning ~pril 15, 1964, Bnd continuing until
the full amount ot this note, and its ~tereat, are paid in full, pro-
vided, however, th~t in the event of the destruction or material damage
by hurricane, hail, fre.ze, or other ~~t of God, of fifty per centum
(50%) or more of the present or any future crop, matured, or unmatured,
upon the tree. growing on the land deacribed in tha purchase money
mortgage given to secure this note and of even date herewith, to bo
determined by three (3) r6;'~'1 table ci trua growe.o (one a.lected by the
Mortgagor, one selected :bi tne Mortgagee, and the third selected by
the two previous designe.a), the then next ensuing installment of prin-
cipal due hereunder shall be reduced by one-half, and the maturity of
~he remaining one-half of that inatallment ahall be deferred, to become
due and payable on or before one year following the then last install-
ment duo and payable hereunder. All delinquent installments of prin-
cipal or accrued interest ahall bear intereat at the higheat legal rate
from date of maturity until paid. The maXera may prepay anyone or '
more of the princip.l installments each year on t~. anniveraary princi-
pal payment date without payment of premium therefor and auch prepayment
shall be applied and credited to the last m~turing principal inatallment
or in8 tallments .
If any pa~n~nt is not made within thirty day. after it is due, the
entire unpaid principal and all intere.t then accrued the~.on shall
become due and payable ~ithout notice or demand theretor at the option
of the holder, and failure to exerci.e that option shall not waive the
ri9ht to ex.roia. it in event of a 8ubaequent default. tn event ot
default in ~aym.nt, the makers will pay all cost of collection including
a reasonable attorney's feeo Protest is waived.
