sum the sum of ~1,000.00 has been paid. The balance or s5,000.00 shall ~
be paid bq the Purchasers paying unto the Seller one-half (z) of ~

ment, which shall be paid and accounted for each month hereafter,
until paid in full, commencing one month from date hereof. This
bili of sale is upon these express terms herein set forth, and in
that event, the bill of sale is in force and effect; otherwise to '
