made and performed, the firat partiea hereby covenant and agree to
transfer and convey and assure to the second party, his heirs,

executors, administrators or assigns, all of the stock owned by
them, being 100°b of the stock of the said corporation, of that .

certain corporation known and operated as FLAMINGO LAUNDRY, INC.
and the second party hereby covenante and agrees to pay to the

(~8,500.00) shall be paid in fifty-nine monthly installments of
$I41.66 each and one final payment of together with five

percent annual interest thereon paid monthly on the balance from ~
~ time to time owing and the seid monthly installment8 shall be paid ~
