payment af the balance of the suans called for in the agreement an

In default of any of the covenants and agreements ~ther i
than those which are changed by this agreement and the Note shall ~
grant to the first parties power of attorney to do any and all i-
things necessary to protect their interest and security in the

transferred and to exercise all of the rights of ownership in

in the operation of the business as owners.

: parties shall be entitled to a satisfaction of all rights retaine ~
by the first parties as security and shall be entitled to own and
: possess absolutely and without restraint, mortgage, lien or other ~
; . encumbrance, all of the stock this date purchased and in turn the
business and the ownership thereof consistent with this agreement.
