; are to be automatically entitled to - membership and voting rights in an association of Owners to be form- ;

~ All owners shall b~ entitled to equal rights in the use of streets. park areas. lakes and canals and any ~
' other use of propert,y which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Own-
; ers Association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantee will pay #11 for
, each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigrna, on February 1. of each year, said sum to be used for gen-
eral maintenance,
~ ~ 14. The Grantor reserves to itseli the ru~,as and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
. serves the right at any time to dedicate all rnads or ways shown on Plat to public use or to convey same

j 16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall be entitled to apply ior relief
i by injunction in addition to anx other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restricNon herein

; and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restriction herein.
~ 16. All of the covenants and restrictions shall remain in force untii January 1. 1968. and ahall be
~ automatically renewed for each 6 year period thereafter unless ownera of at least two-thirds of the lota in -
~ the development shall. at least six months prior to any such renewal date. agree in writing to a change in
