All owners shall be entitled to equal righta in the use of streets. park areas~ lakes and canals and any • }
other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Owtt- ~
. ers Association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantee will paq al! for
