Oificial Reoord Book 27, page 651, St. Lucie County, Florida, is and ahall
be and remain infer~r ~nd subordinate to said mortgage to said garty of the
~ second part as to all loans and funds secured thereby, and that said mortgage
~ . to said party of the second part, insofar as the same aecures both the origina~
obligation secured thereby, and said Open-End Advance note dated January
