fire station site~ Prior to start o~ construction of ~
any kind~ all plans and specificatio~ns sh~?11 be suba~itted ~
for approval to General Developmeat Corporation. Said ;
~ Corporation acting through a designated comnittee or +
agent shall review the data submitted as to tbe esthetical~ {
. • functional and econosical conformance with the surroundinq `
area a~d its proposed development. Construction shall no! ~
commence until necessary buildiag permits and,/or other
~ approvals, licenses~ etc., are obtai~ed froa the local
- governing authorities.

~ b. Parking Facilities: Off-street parking facilities. ~ ~

. d. Minimum Setback Requirements: Any improvements
