LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

Pureuant to the pravieions of the Nonprafit Corporation Act,
the und~rsigned carporation respectfully petlrions the Secretary of State
o~f the State af Flarida to adapt amendments to the Aiarter af the c~orpora-
~ -
tion, which were appraved at the annual meeting of the corporation held
an November 20, 1963 by 75~ af the membership in good atanding and ,
~ voting by mail ballots. The original Charter o~ the corporation was~ pre-
;
viously Hled with the Judges of the alrcuit Court for the Ninth ~Judicial
Circuit of.Flarida in and for~S~ Lucie County, Florida, and appraved by '

: ~rcu~t Juaae Jobn iu~. McCarty. Said cozporation was inoorporated on the _
. 22nd day af . October, 1959. -
The following amendmente to the Charter were adaptesi:
1. To amend Article II thereo~ by omitting the words "all oP' .
~n the eecond line, and in the third Iine of the same Article the words
,
"anci the residents dierein" are to be omitted.
~ ~ 2. To amend Article III thereo~ by adding the worda "Q~
. who ceases far any reason to have legal title to any pro~erty in Lak~.wvood ~
ParY' in the eighte~nth line of said Article. The said Article shall end

after the ward "jurisdictton" in the Z2nd line of said Articl~.
3. To amend Article V thereof, by inserting theword "directors~'
instead of "officers" in the s eoond line of eaid Article, - which change ahall
~ also include the ward "ofgcezs" in line eight of said Art icle.
In the third paragraph, third line, af eaid Article V, a

4. To amend Article VII as follaws: ~
