ing into or over the_watera oi the cansla or lakea. No bdate ahall be anchored off ahore in the cansla or
lakea. and when not in use ahall be kept as closely ad3acent to ~the bank as sa#ety allowa to the end that
navigatioa of the waterwaqe will not be impeded. Any use of the canals or lakes ahall be at the sole and
absolute riek of the peraon so using.
10. No iilling or dredging may be done beyond a~y lot line. nor shall ans ci~tting oi boat alips or . ~
aimilar eucavating within the lot line be done; nor any bulkhead or sea wall be built nntil plsns bave been
appmved by Grantor.

not included.

these conditiona and restrlctione and the Grantor resernes the. right to release in whole or in part any

13. Any and all rights and reservations of the Grantor herein ~ncluded mu~r be traneferred or aa~-

, whose purpose it ia to prnv~de for the welfare of Lakewood Park. All purchasera of residence prnperty
are to be antomatically entitled to memberahip and voting rights ifi an association oi Ownera to be form- ;
ed for the pnrpoae of enforcing the convenants and maintaining the bigh standards o# Lakewood Park.
All ownera ahall be entitled to equal right~ in~ the nse of atreete, park areas. lakes and capals and any
other nse af propertp which shall be aet apart by the Graator and be maintained by the Property Own-
ers Association wben iormed or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantee will pay $11 for
each lot to Grantor, hia nomineea or assigne, on February 1, oi each year, said sum to be used for gen-
eral maintenance. - ' -
14. Th~ Grantor reservea to itself the roads and ways shown on the Plat re~erred to herein and re-
serves the right at any tim$ to dedicate all roads or waye shown on Plat to public nse or to convey same ~
to the State, Connty or City or any agency thereof.
16. For the breacb of a~y of the above restrictiona, the Grantor aball be entitled to apply for reHei •
by ~njunction in addition to $ay other remedy and failure oi the Grantor to enforce a restrlct3on herein
ahall not be deemed a wavier of a rigbt to do so thereafter as to tlie same, a prIor, or subsequent breach,
and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restrictton herein.
