money herein referred to be not promptly and fully paid within thirty (~0)
days aeYt after the same eeverally become due and payable, without de-
mand or notice, or (c) in the event each and every the e.tipulations, agree-
ments, conditiona and covenanta of eaid promiesory natee and thie mortgage,
any or either, are not duly, promptly and fully performed, diecharged,
e~cecuted, efiected; completed, complied v~ith aad abided by, then, in either
or any auch event, the eaid aggregate aum mentioned in said promieeory
notes then remaining unpaid, v~riith iatereat accrued, and all moneya eecured
, hereby, ahall become due and payable iorthwith, or thereatter, at the op-
tion oi eaid Mortgagee, se fully and completelq se if all of the eaid aums of -
~ money were origlnally etipulated to be paid on euch day, anything in said
~ promissory notee, and/or ia this mortgage to the contrary notwithetandin~

7. That in the event that at the begiuning oi or at any time pend-
ing any euit upon this mortgage or to iorecloee it, .or to reforna it, and/or

to the Court having jurisdiction thereof for the appointment of a 8eceiver,
euch Court ehall forthwith appoint a~teceiver o! eaid mortgaged property

eues and revenue$ from whatever source derived, each and everp of which,
