Judgment and produces the Proof of Claim exhibiting that the
. Defendant, SULLIVAN OIL CaMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, is
indebted to the Plaintiff in the amouiit~~of Two Hundred Eighty-Nine
and 82/100.Dollars ($289.82) which said Proof of Claim is filed _
herein in the cause, it being evident that there is due to the
Plaintiff~$289.82, and it~appearing that a stmm~ons was duly served ~
- - upon said-Defendant, SULLIVAN OIL COMPANY, INC., on the 20th day
of February, 1964 and a Default was afterward entered on the 17th
day of March, 1964 against the Defend~ant, SULLIVAN OII. (AMPANY,
