Lesaee may install such squip~oent.as it deems neceesary
for the conduct of its busineee, and remov~e the same at any time

provided Lessee hae paid all rentala in fall and faithfully fulfilled
all the covenants herein set forth, and further provided that upon -
the removal of any euch equipment, Leesee does not damaqe the remain-
: inq bufldinq in any manner. Leeeee further agreea that all permanent
~ buildinqa on said premi8es after the.expiration of this lease or any
extension thereof ahall~ becoane~ the property .of Lessor.
s ~ (b) Lessee, if it so deeires, may cause the aaid premisea
