If any default o~ Lassee hsreunder shall continus un-
. corseetad for thirty daye a~fter notice thereof from the Leseor, I~eeeor
~ may by giving written notice to the Lessee at anytime tlLereafter dur-
~ inq the continuance of such default either:
(a~ Terminate the lease, or
(b) Re-enter the de~aised premises by eum~nary proceedinqs or

12. BANIatOPTCY ~

be appointed, and ahall not be diecharqed within sixty daye after
such appofntment, the Leesor may terminate thie lease by givinq written
notice to Lessee of its intention to do ao.
