~ Deed Book 206 at page 380 of the public records of Saint Lucie Couaty~
Plorida, describing and conveying Lots 13 and 14~ Gardenvilia Subdivision~
as per plat thereof recarded in Pla~ Book 9 at page 61, of the pubiic re-
cords of Saint Lucie County~ Plorida.
3. Aff3ant and Gloria W. Turcq were once united in the bonds of
~ ~ matrimony. During said marriagq, affiant and Gioria W. Turcq, as purch~sers,
entered into art3cles of agreement for deed v+ith Prank W. Hogan and Ruth
~ B. Hogan, his wife. Said articles of agreement for deed were to convey .
Lots 13 and 14 of Gardenvilla Subdivision as recorded on~page 61 of Piat
Book 9 of~the public rec~rds of Saint Lucie County, Plorida. Said~agreement
was unrecorded. Subsequent to the executioa of the articles of agreement,
~ but prior to the completion of said articles of agreement, affiant arid--E~nr~a---•
W. Turcq were divorced, un September 27~ 1955, in Titusville, Plorida. As
part of the divorce settlement, affiant and Gloria W. Turcq, by warranty ~
~ deed, dated September 22~ 1955, recorded in deed book 206 at page 380 in .
•the pubiic records of Saint Lucie County, Plorida, conveyed to affiant ail
; their right, title and interest under said articles of agreement for deed.

On September 16, 1956, prior tn the compietion of the unrecorded articles of
agreement~for deed, affiant and Anna May Turcq were m$rried. Upon completion
~ of the said. articies of agreement for deed, Prank W, Iiogan and Ruth B. Hogan
f his wife, conveyed by warrantq deed dated June 27, 1957 to affiant, George ~
~ Turcq and Anna Ir1ay Turcq, his wife, Lots 13 and 14 of Gardenvilla Sub~tivision
