iation, a cooperative association under the lawe

cates in such associatfon will-be issued to
grantees pursuant to ita bylaws.
Accordingly, there is excluded and reserved

• under all of the dikes, bera,s, roadways, ditchee,
' crosa-overs, gates and ri8era, it being intended I
that the tracts conveyed hereunder shall fnclude ~
only those por~fona lying within the perimeter
