EAS, the St.~Lucie Countp Planninq and Zoning Coamaiasion,
. aftef-holdinq a public hearinq of which due notice was published ,
at least f if teen (15 ) daya prior to said hearing aad all propertq ;
owners within 300 feet vrere notified by mail of ;said hearings, has - ~
recommended to the Board of County Commiesioners of 3t. Lucie County '
~ that the hereinafter descrixied ~requeats for change in aoning clas-
s if f cation be denied, and .
WI~REAS, said Board of County Commiseioners held a public hear- . ~
- ing on aaid requests on the 28th daq of Ap~t`ll, 1964, after first
publishing a notice of said hearing in The Ne~ra Tribune on the 7th
day of Aprfl, 1964, said date beinq at least fifteen (15) days '

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Bosrd of County Commis-

April, 1964, as follows :
