and water control system, drainage and irrigation pump house, dikes, drain- _
age canals lying along the center line of Sections 7 and 18 and all other in-
stallations available on the above land as part[cularly set forth in Of#fciai
Record Book 11 at page 344, S~ Lucie County Recorde, and the Grantee
hereby agrees to assume, upon the recording of this deed, all rights and ~ -
liabilities under said Agreement for his proportionate share of said owner-
