2. Grantees shall at~their expenae, provide an

West side of Section 29,-Tawnahip 34 South~ Range 38 East,
by meana of a bridge having a minimum H 20 design loading, _
~ ~ or by means of a culvert being at least '40 feet in length ~
; o and at least 72 inches in diameter.
