~ WITNES3ETH : That the aaid part of the firet part. ior and in conaideration of the Sum .
~ of Qne .Dollar (a1.00) and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the pnrt~y of
the second part. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has - granted, bargained and
sold, and by tbese presenta do e8 grank bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its suc-
ceasora and asaigns, a perpetual easement and right of-way over. upon and across the following des-
cribed land, lying and beittg in St. Lucie County~ Florida, to-witt:
A strip of land 7.5 feet in width, contiguous to and west of the east
boundary, and north of the south boundary of the land conveyed by Fort
~ Pierde Port and Terminal Co~any to Ft. Pierce Dry Dock and Terminal ~
~ Com~any, by deed, recorded in Officsl Records Book 35, Page 33, St. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records, within the followinq described limits:
l. From the Nartheast corner of the aforesaid Ft..Pierce Dry Dock and
~ ' Terminal Company lands, extending Southeastesly to a pcaint 7.5 feet
north of the Southeast corner of said lands.
2. From the Southeast corner, extending Southwesterly, a distance of
. 90 feet to the ea~t right-of-way line of North Second Street.
T'his right.of way deed is given with the express provision and condition
= that the easement shall be used only for atona scwer pipe and not an open
~ ditch; that in the event of an apen ditch the above easement shall be
' null and void.

In the event the Grantee ceases to uae the above described land for ~
. drainage purposes then in that event the title shall revert to the Grantor.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second"part, "
its ~successors, legal representativea and a~signs. a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said
lands for drains and drainage ditches, s~reet~eadwta~i~ieer~nd-~b~e-~-pnrpo~ea; and the said -

~ the same againat the lawful claims of all persona whomsoever, claiming by, through or under part
