EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROV'rNG 'rT A5 TO
FORM AND CORRE~I'NE55
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has
made the following determinations:
1. The Florida Deportment of Transportation has awarded the County funding to
Conduct o Cost-Benefit Analysis for the St. Lucie County International Airport (Fin. Proj.
No. 415213-1-94-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Public Transportation
Joint Participation Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Public
Transportation for the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Public Transportation Joint
Participation Agreement with the State of Florida (Fin. Proj. No. 415213-1-94-01) to
provide funding for the rehabilitation of airfield lighting at the St. bucie County
international Airport.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chairperson to execute the above-referenced
agreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by
approving it as to form and correctness.
