under a certain Conditional Sales Contract, dated May 26, 1964,
between the parties hereto, as recorded in Offic~al Record Book

Florida; and
WSSR$AS, the Buyer has made payments, due and payable
, to date, under said Conditional Sales Contract; and

WHERSAS, the Buyer is willing ta credit, and does here
_ credit, all payments made under said Conditional Sales Contract,a
payment for the uae of said personal property during the perfod

~ WHERSAS, the Buyer and the Seller desire to terminate
said Conditional Sales c7ontract. ~ ~

NO~W, TAEREFOR.E, the parties hereto agree as follows:

against the Seller arising under the terminated portion of said ~
