demand, preaentment, proteat and notice of protest for non-payment, and further
~ aqrees to any exfeneion of time of payment, either before or after maturity,
without notice to any of uet and to pay all coste of collectfon, including a
reasonable attorney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby
severally waivee all benefit oP exemption under the constitution and laws of
each State of the Uni~tates, as againat thie obligation or any extension i
or renewal hereof. ~
