YANCEY, his wife, ,have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie .County, Florida, to vacate that part of the plat of Riverdale ~ . ; Yacht Club $states, Unit One, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at page , 28 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described : ~ a~ follows, to-wit: ~ Lots 6 to 25, inclusive, Block 20;,Lots 6 to 25, inclu- ~ sive, Block 21; Lots 6 to~'25, inclusive, Hlock 22; and Lots 6 to 25, inclusive, Block 23, t~ and _ ~ Wf~REAS, notice of intention to apply to said Board of County ~ Commiasioners to vacate said part of said plat was given by-legal - notice published on July 27 and August 3, 1964, in The News Tribune, a daily newspaper publiahed in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and ; WHBREAS, said petitioners have shown conclusively that they are the owners in fee simple of all the lots and blocks in that portion of said subdivision sought to be vacated; that the vacation by said Board of the part sought to be vacated will not affect the ownership of peraons owning other parts of said subdivision; and ; ~ that all taxes for the year 1964 and prior years have been paid. ~ ~ .
