,have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
.County, Florida, to vacate that part of the plat of Riverdale ~

Yacht Club $states, Unit One, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at page ,
28 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described :

Wf~REAS, notice of intention to apply to said Board of County ~
Commiasioners to vacate said part of said plat was given by-legal
- notice published on July 27 and August 3, 1964, in The News Tribune,
a daily newspaper publiahed in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, and

WHBREAS, said petitioners have shown conclusively that they
are the owners in fee simple of all the lots and blocks in that
portion of said subdivision sought to be vacated; that the vacation
by said Board of the part sought to be vacated will not affect the
ownership of peraons owning other parts of said subdivision; and ;

that all taxes for the year 1964 and prior years have been paid. ~
