ment, all costs incur~ed by Operating Campany in perform~ng its duties as -

Caapany, ot such rate of 1nte~est in excess of 6`X, pet annum as Is f~an ~
~ ~ time to time required to be paid by Operating Campany for the purpose of
. performing its obligatlons under the Agreement; all cparation, develop- .
, ment, matntenance, farnatng and other costs incurred by Operating Company;
~ depreciation upon buildings and equlpaent owned by Operating Company,

. and supervision expenses; a charge rep~esenting Operating Caapany's ~ .
administrative, equipment and al) other overhead expenses with respect ~
~ to performance of Operating Company's duties as set forth abova.

That Owne~ shall, for the duration of thts Agreement, market all ~ ~
crops upon the land through Operating Campany in accordance with Operati~g
Ccmpany's standard marketing agreement. a copy of which 1s attached hereto
. as Exhibit "B'; and made a part hereof by reference. ~
