good condition as when received by Lessee, depreciation due to a

. special, upon the leased premises and property and Lesaee shall pay :
all taxe's and assessments upox~ machinery, apparatus and equipment
owned by Leseee and located on said premieea. Upon I,essee•s written .
request, Lessor will fwcnish Lessee annually officisl tax receipts
~ or true copies thereof showinq payment before delinquency of all ~ ~
taxes and assesamente levied on the leased premises and property. ;

6. Lessor hereby warrants and agreea to defend the title to
, the leased premises and property and agrees that Lessee shall have .
.the right at any time to redeem for Leasor, by payment, any mort- -
~ gage, taxes, or ather liens thereon in the event of default of ;
payment by Lessor, and be subrogated to the rights of the holder ~ '
