' Lessor, for ali arrears~ of reats then due or to becose due, as above
provided, and.the costs thereon; and in the sale of said property,
said Lessor shall have the righta and privilegea granted under this
. Lease, including that waiving the benefits of the exemption laws,
so much so as if no removal of said Lessee's property had been ~

made; and further that said preanises in whole or in part shall not
be underlet or rented without said Lessor~s written consent thereto.
Qn the expiration of this Lease, the property is to be given up in

The I.essee shail indemaify the Lessor against any expense,
, loss or liability, paid, suffered or incurred as a result of any
• breach by the Lessee, Lessee's agents~ servants, employees, visitors,. ,

or licensees of any covenarit or condition of this lease, br as the
~ result of the Lessee's use or occupancy of the premisea, or the
carelessness, negligence or improper conduct of the Lessee, visitors,
employees, patrons or licensees.
