Witneaeeth, that in coneideration~of the covenants herein con-
tained, on the part of ttie eald leasees to be kept and performed, the
eaid leasors do hereby lease to the said leeseea, the following des-

of the term and the monthly rent of One Hundred Twenty-five ($125.00)

The said leasees covenant with the said leseora to pay the rent
in monthly payments on the 15th day of each and every month for the
