. WHEREAS, the Circuit Court of the State of Alorida~ in
~ and for the County of St. Lucie, in Chancery, on the 27th
day of October, 1964, among ofiher things ordered, ad judged aad

AND WHEREAS, the said Special Master, pursuaat to and in
compliance with the orders and decrees of the said Court did,
on the 30th day of November, 1964, sell at public auction the
said mortgaged real property and chattels and at said sale the
said mortgaged reai property was sold to the said party of the ~
second part for the swa of ~10.00_, that being the highest sum ~
- bidden for the same, and said mortgaged chatteis were sold
to the said party of the second part for the sum of $1.00, -
that being the highest sum bidden for same. ,
NOW THEREPORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the said
Special Master, in order to carry into effect the said sal.e so :
made as ~foresaid, and under the terms and in pursuance of the . ~
orders and decreea of the said Court, in coasideration of the .
