LBSS AND E1CCEpT the South 100 feet of the herein
described lot as the same was conveyed to Anthony
R. Mascia and wife by deed recorded in Deed Book 165,

- SUBJECT, HO~VER, to two certain mortgages executed
~ by grantes to Pirst Pederal Savings and Loan Association
of Port Pierce respectively described as follows:
